Fall in Love with the U.P.: Your Autumn Adventure with Higher Love
September 24, 2025Higher Love Hashish. Old-School Craft. New-School Fire.
Hashish is the Arabic word for cannabis resin that has been gently heated and pressed, often shortened to hash. It comes in coins, bricks and balls but the shape is usually just a shape.
Higher Love hashish is done the old-fashioned way: dry sifted from organic, Ottawa flower and static sifted as the final preparation step. Dry sifting is laborious and delicate work. It takes just the right touch and plenty of practice to perfect, but we think that the results are worth the effort. The last step is to create the texture and form. This is done by hot rolling the loose resin until the heads melt together. We do this the Frenchy Cannoli way, using a hot water rolling pin from the Press Club.
If you've been searching for Upper Peninsula hashish that embodies true craftsmanship, Higher Love delivers. Our hashish stays true to tradition while embracing innovation, combing old-school technique with new-school fire.

What You Can Expect:
Hashish isn't as strong as concentrates like rosin and resin. It's usually comparable to bubble hash in terms of potency. The first two strains you'll see are Tokyo Lemon Drip (53.7% THC, 60.5% THCA, 62.6% total cannabinoids and 3.95% terps) and Super Zoldier Serum (67.8% THC, 74.7% THCA, 79.9% total cannabinoids and 4.86% terps). The Super Zoldier Serum hashish also has 2.96% CBGA, which is a significant number for CBG. Expect the aroma and taste to be like the flower, but ... well ... concentrated.
Expect the aroma and taste to be like the flower- but.. well.. concentrated. This hashish is holding pretty soft, but sometimes hashish will harden up a little bit. It will soften with a little heat (like holding it in your hand).

What People are Saying:
Beta testers have reported good results of just pinching or slicing a little bit off and putting it in a bowl with flower, with comments that it makes the bowl burn for an extra long time. It can also be rolled into a worm and then rolled into a joint. It can be difficult to smoke it by itself unless you have a hash pipe, but not impossible.
Beta testers have also raved about the quality, with multiple people saying it's the best hash they've smoked in 10 or 20 years.
For those who appreciate craftsmanship, purity, and potency, Higher Love's Upper Peninsula hashish is a must-try.
