1How do I sign up?
Just select “Sign Up” at checkout—whether online or in-store—and follow the prompt. Once you enter your info, you’re all set. Be sure to opt in to emails and texts so you never miss exclusive deals, fresh drops, and the latest from Higher Love!
2Why does the rewards program look different?
As of August 4, 2025, we will be upgrading our rewards program to make it better, faster, and easier to use! While the look and feel may have changed, rest assured - your rewards will still be active and more accessible than ever. We're continuing to improve the experience so you get even more out of being a member.
3Will my points transfer to the new system?
YES! All existing points as of 8/04/2025 will be transferred into the new system. If you suspect any discrepancies, please inform us on your next visit.
4How do I access my wallet?
Easy! You can view points by logging into Dutchie on their website or when checking out with an online order!
5How can I receive email or other messaging updates from Higher Love?
It’s super easy! When signing up for Higher Love Rewards, just make sure to “opt-in” to receive messages - that way, you’ll always be first to know about the latest drops, deals, and events. Already a member but not getting updates? Just check in with our team during your next visit and we’ll make sure you’re all set!
6Who can join Higher Love Rewards?
Anyone who's a fan of Higher Love and is 21 years or older.
7Do I still need to pay tax on purchases made with points?
Yes, unfortunately you will still need to pay the sales tax for orders placed using reward points.
8Can I redeem points online and in-store?
Yes! You can both earn and redeem points when placing an order online or at any Higher Love location.
9How soon do I need to pick up my online order to redeem points?
Any points redeemed while placing an online order will be forfeited if the order is not picked up within 24 hours.
10Who do I contact if I experience an issue with my points or wallet?
If you have any issues with your points, rewards, or wallet, you can fill out the contact form on our site or call your local Higher Love store.
11Is there a mobile app I can download?
For now, Higher Love Rewards is accessible online only as we prepare to launch an upgraded version of our mobile app. We're working hard behind the scenes - stay tuned for exciting updates!
