While previous cannabis experience can be helpful, we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, agriculture, wellness, customer service, marketing, and many other industries. Passion, willingness to learn, and positive energy go a long way.
Retail opportunities may include budtenders, guest service associates, inventory support, leads, supervisors, assistant managers, store managers, and other dispensary support roles.
Cultivation opportunities may include plant care specialists, harvest technicians, post-harvest teams, trimming, packaging support, integrated pest management roles, facility support, and cultivation leadership positions.
